INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING VIS LAMPS IN MODEL 6540-1 Parts Required: (10) Lamps Tools Required: None Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 6540-1 are shown below. Lamps REPLACING LAMPS Note: Photos may have a different appearance depending on chamber options. - Page 4 2. Slide bottom light bank shelf out of chamber as shown below. Bottom Light Bank Shelf 3.
