- Page 4 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS READ ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN INSTALLING THE FAN AND SAVE INSTRUCTIONS. CAUTION: All set screws of the fan must be checked and retightened where necessary before installation. To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade brackets when installing the brackets, balancing the blades or cleaning fan.
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn OFF the electrical power at the main fuse or circuit breaker. 2. Loosen all four mounting bracket screws, then Mounting Bracket completely remove two mounting bracket screws from Screw opposite sides of the mounting bracket. Mounting Bracket Outlet Box 3.

Connect supply and fan wires according to the diagram Black (Hot) and these steps: • Connect the Green wire from the mounting bracket to Green White (Neutral) the Bare/Green (ground) supply wire. Bare/Green (Ground) • Connect the White wire from the fan to the White Wire Connector (neutral) supply wire.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 9. Lift the slotted holes in the fitter plate over the loosened adapter plate screws. Turn the fitter plate in a clockwise direction and replace the previously removed adapter plate screw. Tighten all adapter plate screws. Adapter Plate Screw 10.

TROUBLESHOOTING If you have difficulty operating your new ceiling fan, it may be the result of incorrect assembly, installation or wiring. In some cases, these installation errors may be mistaken for defects. If you experience any faults, please check the Troubleshooting section below.
