WHAT TO DO IF...

The start of the appliance does not occur or
it stops during operation.
First try to find a solution to the problem (re-
fer to the table). If not, contact the service
centre.
The indicator of the washing programme 'Rinse
& Hold' flashes very quickly.
An intermittent acoustic signal operates for ap-
proximately 30 seconds.
The indicator of the washing programme 'Deli-
cate 45°' flashes very quickly.
An intermittent acoustic signal operates for ap-
proximately 30 seconds.
Warning! Deactivate the appliance
before you do the checks.
Problem
The washing programme does
not start.
The appliance does not fill with
water.
The appliance does not drain
the water.
The anti-flood device is on.
After the check, activate the appliance. Set
and start the washing programme again.
If the problem occurs again, contact the
service centre.
If other alarm codes show, contact the
service centre.
With some malfunctions, alarm codes
show:
The appliance does not fill with water.
The anti-flood device is on.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not connec-
ted in the mains socket.
The appliance door is open.
The fuse in the fuse box is
damaged.
The delay start is set.
The water tap is closed.
The water pressure is too low.
The connection of the water in-
let hose is not correct.
The water inlet hose is dam-
aged.
The connection of the water
drain hose is not correct.
The filters are clogged.
Kitchen sink is clogged.
The necessary information for the service
centre is on the rating plate.
Record this information:

Possible solution
Connect the mains plug.
The appliance door is open.
Replace the fuse.
Cancel the delay start or wait
until the countdown is comple-
ted.
Open the water tap.
Contact your local water au-
thority.
Make sure that the connection
is correct.
Make sure that the water inlet
hose has no damages.
Make sure that the connection
is correct.
Make sure that the filters are
clean.
Make sure that the kitchen sink
drains correctly, if not contact a
plumber.
Close the water tap and con-
tact the service centre.
