- Page 2 Hulen Shoe Storage Bench Assembly Instructions Please check packaging for all parts and hardware before discarding. Unpack and lay parts on clean, padded surface like carpet or blanket. Check that you have all parts indicated. Call customer service if hardware is missing. Before beginning assembly, carefully study the diagrams below and sort your hardware according to the pictures.

Attach Female Slide Left (14) to Left Side Panel (D) using Flat Head Screws (4). Tighten Flat Head Screws (4) with Phillips screwdriver. Figure 1 Attach Female Slide Right (15) to Right Side Panel (E) using Flat Head Screws (4).

- Page 7 Insert Left Vertical Panel (F), Middle Vertical Panel (G) and Right Vertical Panel (H) into the grooves of Fixed Shelf Panel (C) as shown. Note: Make sure the holes for the Cam Locks are facing down on Panel (C) as shown. The finished edges on each panel should be facing the direction.
- Page 8 Attach Legs (O) to Bottom Panel (B) using Bolts (9), Spring Washers (12) and Flat Washers (11). Tighten Bolts (9) with Allen Wrench (10). Attach Center Leg (P) to Bottom Panel (B) by hand. Figure 7 Insert Cam Locks (2) into corresponding holes on assembled unit from Figure 5.
