Is the Extender using the same credentials as those set up in the cloud? If not, go into the settings of the

Extender and synchronize the credentials.
Is the router using a network band of 2.4 GHz?

• Confirm network band of 2.4 GHz: If you are running Windows 10 or later, while connected to the Wi-Fi
network registered to the cloud: Find the network in the lower right-hand corner of the PC/laptop. Go to
Properties and scroll down until you see the SSID information (see below). Locate the SSID for your
network.
