3. Push the thermostat onto the valve until
stop. Turn the thermostat so that the lat-
eral bore is easily accessible. The mark-
ing is in line with the groove (illust. 7).

4. Introduce a 2 mm spanner through the
lateral bore in the connection area of the
handwheel into the safety screw. Tighten
the safety screw by turning the spanner
clockwise.

5. Finally, set the thermostat to the desired
room temperature with the help of the
setting key and push in the cover disc.

NOTE!
The handwheel can now be turned
without changing the set temperature.

6 Temperature setting

1. Using a suitable tool (e.g. small screw-
driver), pull out the front cover disc
(illust. 1) trough the opening at the
handwheel.
2. Using the setting key (item no. 1011497),
turn the setting screw until the desired
setting is visible in the viewer (illust. 2).
The setting ranges from the frost protec-
tion symbol
to figure "5".
The markings between the figures "2" and
"5" represent a change of the room tem-
perature of 2°C.

3. Finally, push in the cover disc (illust. 5).
