Operation information

The HVR is set to automatically start continuous recording of cameras assigned to
channels. Check that the red

It is possible to increase the number of IP channels of the HVR by disabling the analog
inputs.

In the LIVE preview grid, by Default the HVR attempts to display the MAIN STREAM of all
enabled and configured IP cameras, but if there are not enough decoding resources, the
device automatically displays the SUB STREAM of the channels.

When the message "Insufficient Resources" is displayed on the LIVE preview grid, at the
IP channels, you need to reduce the set values of frame-rate and bit-rate MAIN STREAM
or SUB STREAM of the IP channels in the OSD menu, on the page "Menu" -> "Recording" -
> "MainStream" -> "IP CHx" or "Menu" -> "Recording" -> "SubStream" -> "IP CHx".

If the web interface of the IP camera is used to change its parameters (e.g. MainStream,
SubStream or Mobile Stream), a restart of the HVR is necessary so that the changes on the
camera are also displayed in the menu parameters of the corresponding IP channel on the
HVR.

After completing the network configuration, the HVR and cameras can be viewed remotely
using an iOS or Android smartphone from the Urmet iUVS pro App or from a PC using
Internet Explorer / Firefox or the Urmet UVS pro Client Software.
