7-5 Using the EFI Converter

O REATE NPUT UTPUT
1. In the Preferences dialog box, under Input/Output Folders, click Browse for
Input Location or Output Location.
The Browse for Folder dialog box appears.
2. Select an existing folder or navigate to the location where you want to create a new
Input/Output Folder. Click OK.
You cannot use the following folder types as Input/Output Folders:

OTE
• The System Folder of your computer
• The Desktop Folder of your computer
• Folders located on a root directory (for example, c:\)
• Folders located on network drives, such as a common file server (unless the EFI
Converter application is installed and running locally on the file server)
3. Click OK.
The new Input and Output Folders are ready for use.
