Fixing Child Restraints

Secured Using 3 Point Lap and Shoulder Belts
Please DO NOT put the rearward facing
child restraint on the front passenger seat
with the front passenger airbag activated,
this may cause serious injury or even death.

It is recommended that children should always be seated
in the rear of the vehicle in a child restraint or restraint
systemand fixed with 3 point, lap diagonal seat belts.
ISOFIX Child Restraint Systems
The ISOFIX anchorages in the rear seat are
designed for use with ISOFIX systems only.
Child restraint anchorages are designed
to withstand only those loads imposed by
correctly fitted child restraints. Under no
circumstances are they to be used for adult
seat belts, harnesses, or for attaching other
items or equipment to the vehicle.
When installing and using any child restraint system, always
follow the child restraint manufacturer's instructions.
The rear seats fitted to this vehicle are provided with the
ISOFIX interface (as indicated by the arrow in the following
image), these are designed to connect to an ISOFIX child
seat.
