The products of PRITY Company are made in accordance with the requirements for
safe operation and efficiency, set in BDS EN12815:2006 and comply with the approved
technical documentation.
The warranty period of the product is 24 (twenty-four) months from the day of the
sale from the trade network, provided that all requirements for proper transportation,
installation and operation are met. For the models with a water heat exchanger, the
warranty is 36 (thirty-six) months.
The manufacturer satisfies all claims, except in cases when:

refers to formation of condensation;
-
refers to broken glass or bricks;
-
there is a crack or breakage of cast iron part after use;
-
there is return of exhaust gases (smoking);
-
there are decorative sides with changed color from thermal overload;
-
the requirements for installation and operation specified in this instruction
and the instruction for installation of water heating systems have not been
observed;
-
the defects have been obtained during transport;
-
the fireplace has a swollen water jacket as a result of exceeding pressure
above the admissible.
I. Information about the rights of the consumers, deriving from the guarantee
under art. 112-115 of the CPA (Consumers Protection Act)
Art. 112 (1) In case of non-compliance of the consumer goods with the contract of
sale the consumer has the right to file a claim, asking the seller to bring the goods in
compliance with the contract of sale. In this case, the consumer can choose between
repairing the goods or replacing it with a new ones, unless this is impossible or the
method of compensation chosen by him is disproportionate compared to the other.
(2) It is considered that a certain way of compensating the consumer is
disproportionate, if its use imposes costs on the seller, which in
comparison with the other way of compensation are unreasonable, taking
into account:
1. The value of consumer goods, if there was no lack of non-conformity;
2. The significance of non-compliance;
