Caution:
Freezing part of the water can cause explosion with irreparable damage.
5. In the installation with forced circulation, a backup power supply (UPS) has to
be provided – an accumulator with 12V/220V (50 Hz) converter (transducer)
to guarantee uninterrupted mode of the pump in case of emergency
shutdown of the power supply. It is recommended to switch the circulation
pump on and off by a thermostat duplicated with a manual electric switch
(see diagram II-3).
6. The first service cleaning of the pump filter must be performed immediately
after testing the installation.
7. If an old installation is used, it must be repeatedly washed (sluices) of the
accumulated contaminants that would be deposited on the surfaces of the
water jacket.
8. Do not use coal with high sulfur content and do not get them wet.
9. Do not use fresh and wet wood or biomass. The logs must have remained (be
stored) in a dry and airy place for at least two years.
10. Do not drain the circulating water from the installation during the non-heating
season.
After performing the installation, conduct (carry out) a 2-hour test of the
installation in operating conditions. The certification by the installer for its
implementation is an integral part of the warranty card.
