Advanced functions
There is set of advanced functions for online units. Click with right mouse button on selected online
unit and you get following options.
Buttons description:
Start Engine - starts MeasEngine of online device.
Stop Engine - stops MeasEngine of online device.
Restart - remotely restarts the online device.
Shutdown - remotely switches off the online device.
Download Online cfg. - downloads the configuration file with setting of adaptive algorithm.
Upload Online cfg. - uploads the configuration file with setting of adaptive algorithm.
Display bin. status - displays internal parameters of adaptive algorithm (relative changes).
Reset bin. status - resets internal parameters of adaptive algorithm (relative changes).
PC Lock - locks the online device only for your computer.
Unlock - unlocks the online device for everybody.
Version Info - displays a detailed description of the device.
Lock/Unlock
As online unit is accessible to all users in network, it could easily happen that more users use online
unit at the same time. To avoid this situation, we use functions Lock/Unlock.
When you use the Lock function, your computer and database is registered in the unit as the only
one computer which can have access to online data collection. The other users cannot change the
configuration in the unit in that moment.
Lock function of the unit is used automatically when data collection is started.
Lock or unlock can be done also manually (Advanced function).
