Smax and complex Smax
Measured value itself is a quantifier. It is complex number for complex Smax.
Amplitude + phase, order analysis and phase shift
Measured value is a quantifier for amplitude + phase (it means complex number).
Overall RMS value (of all orders) is a quantifier for order analysis.
Complex number is also quantifier for phase shift. Amplitude of this quantifier is amplitude A/B ratio.
Phase is phase shift φ
B
FASIT
RMS acceleration value, RMS velocity value and also RMS values of imbalance, misalignment,
looseness or other are used as quantifiers in FASIT. Values are stored in interval only.

Saving settings

The parameters of saving can be set in DDS for each data cell individually or for more data cells at
once using multiselect. Open the data cell properties window and click on the 'Online' tab. The saving
parameters are in the 'Saving' section.
Mode
There are two modes how the unit can control the data saving: time interval only and time interval
and changes.
The first mode, time interval only, is simple. Measurements are saved after the time interval between
the current time and the last saved measurement elapses. For example, if the interval is defined as 1
hour, a reading is saved every hour. In other words, a new measurement is saved once the interval
between the last saved measurement and the current time is 1 hour. The maximum time between
readings will not exceed 1 hour.
The second mode is time interval and changes. This mode uses the same idea of the time interval
as described above but it also adds the condition of significant change. In this mode, measurements
are saved in the time interval and when they are significantly changed. To have the significant change,
both conditions of absolute and relative change must be met. The measurement value must also be
above the threshold limit. This is the recommended mode for data saving.
Interval (HH:MM)
Maximum time interval between two saved values in format HH:MM (Hours:Minutes)
