Failure detection and hazards

14.1. Failure detection

The Turbitronic P is provided with safety precautions in case of system fault occurs. The safety
functions, performed by the microprocessor control unit, recognise the following failures:
detected failure
1. Sample Temperature Probe not inserted or defect
2. Temperature does not change
