Track replacement
Follow the instructions above to refit the rotor and pumphead guard. Refitting the track is the

reverse of removal
Test the electrical resistance between the latch and motor, the resistance must be <1MΩ

It is imperative that the 620 pumpheads are earthed by connecting
the earth terminal on the track to earth (usually via a suitable point
on the pump drive).
