BladeCenter QS20 Type 0200: Problem Determination and Service Guide
1. If the blade server is operating, shut down the operating system.
2. If the blade server was not turned off, press the power-control button (behind the
blade server control-panel door) to turn off the server.
3. Remove the blade server from the BladeCenter unit.
4. Wait 30 seconds and reinstall the blade server into the BladeCenter unit.
5. Restart the blade server.

Suggested action
1. To determine whether the problem is caused by the software, make sure that:
v the blade server has the minimum memory that is needed to use the software.
For memory requirements, see the information that comes with the software.
v The software is designed to operate on the blade server.
v Other software works on the blade server.
v The software works on another server.
2. If you received any error messages when using the software, see the information
that comes with the software for a description of the messages and suggested
solutions to the problem.
3. Contact the software vendor.
