Pressure Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta
2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-size pieces

2 cups (500 mL) uncooked penne pasta (8 oz./250 g)
