4.13. pac_i8088W_SetSyncChannel

The function is used to set the specific channel as synchronous.
Syntax
short pac_i8088W_SetSyncChannel(int slot,int ch,int enBit);
Parameter
1. slot 0 ~ 7
2. ch 0 ~ 7
3. enBit 1: define channel as synchronous mode,
0: not synchronous mode
