Accessing the 'Rethermalization' menu
This menu is password-protected and can only be accessed by specific users in order to make
changes to existing cooking profiles if necessary.
The Cooking Methods
The 'Rethermalization' menu can be used to enter your cooking profiles with the following cooking
methods:
à la Carte rethermalization
■
Banquet regenerating
■
Plate regenerating
■
Once you select the basic cooking parameters, such as the cooking temperature and cooking time,
you can save the cooking profiles in the 'Cookbook' so that you can use them again later on with
'Press&Go.'
