If your Welbilt OES mini easyTouch Series Convotherm 10.10 is stuck on a rinse cycle, it is likely due to an interrupted automatic cleaning cycle. The oven automatically runs a safety rinsing cycle after an interruption and will not operate until this cycle is complete. To fix it:

1. Allow the rinse cycle to complete fully.
2. Do not attempt to operate the oven during this cycle.
3. Ensure there is enough cleaning agent and rinse aid in the system.

Once the cycle is done, the oven should be operable again.
