Added the Quick Connect Command $FC. Removed +VLS values 8-15
(only values 1-7 are supported).

Updated the "Country/Regional Code Configuration" chapter. Changed
the syntax for +GCI. Added a note to the following commands that they
do not with parallel, USB, PCI, PCIe:
%DC, %DT, %H, %S, $D, $EB, $LB, $RP, $SB, #P, #S, and all Callback
Security Commands.

$FC Quick Connect has changed values and default:
0 = No quick connect; 1 = Sets quick connect speed at 1200; 2 = Sets
quick connect speed at 2400; Default = 0.
Changed +GCI syntax to +GCI=

Added a note to &Z regarding Storing Dialing Location and Number for
Callback Security.
Added Fax Class 2.0 to +FCLASS.
Added the $RP? function to $RP.
Changed the description of #S Enter Setup Password.
Added Callback Security password to #S= Store Setup Password.
Under the section listing commands that change when in Voice Mode,
deleted commands A and I.
Changed the values in +VGR.
Changed the values in +VGT.
For +VSM, changed the <cml> values, added a Response section,
added the +VSM? default, and changed the example for AT+VSM=?
