With your new Electric Indoor Air Fryer + Grill, you can grill, air fry, roast, bake, or broil all in one virtually smokeless unit. The integrated probe thermometer helps ensure your food is perfectly cooked to the optimum temperature.

This plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE For best results, follow these steps before using your Air Fryer + Grill for the first time. Remove all packaging materials, such as plastic bags and foam inserts. Check to ensure that all parts and accessories are accounted for. Read and remove any stickers on the unit except for the rating label on the bottom, which should remain on the unit.
  • Page 12 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO COOK USING THE PROBE THERMOMETER Unlike an instant-read thermometer, the probe thermometer stays in your food through the entire cooking cycle, constantly monitoring the temperature until it reaches the target. You can use the probe thermometer with any of the five cooking functions. If using the probe, see the chart on p.

    COOKING TIPS Preheating not only the unit but also the grill plate, cooking pan, and/or air fryer basket is essential. It gives you good grill marks, crisp air-fried foods, and nicely browned surfaces. Ensure that the cooking pot, grill plate, and/or cooking basket is already in place before you begin the preheat.

    If your air fryer displays E01 or E02 on its control panel, it means there is a loose wire contact or a short circuit, and the unit will not function. Should this occur, please contact Chefman ® Customer Support for a replacement. An error code E03 indicates the unit is overheating.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Almost all parts of the Air Fryer + Grill are top-rack dishwasher-safe, except for the main unit housing and probe thermometer, making cleanup a snap. Unplug the unit and let cool completely before cleaning. (For faster cooling, leave the lid up.) 2.
