FEATURES COOKING FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE All five functions require the cooking pan to be inserted and can all be used with the probe. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE For best results, follow these steps before using your air fryer for the first time. Remove all packaging materials, such as plastic bags and foam inserts. Check to ensure that all parts and accessories are included. Read and remove any stickers on the unit except for the rating label on the bottom, which should remain on the unit.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO COOK USING THE PROBE THERMOMETER Unlike an instant-read thermometer, the probe thermometer stays in your food through the entire cooking cycle, constantly monitoring the temperature until it reaches the target. You can use the probe thermometer with any of the five cooking functions. If using the probe, see the chart on p.10 for details on cooking pans and temperature ranges, but follow the instructions here to program the unit.

Plug the other end of the thermometer into the thermometer jack on the unit. Select your desired cooking function on the control panel (that button will light up in blue when pressed). OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS When preheated (the time varies depending on the set temperature), the unit will beep and ADD FOOD will display on the panel. Place food in the unit and close the lid. NOTE: The lid can close firmly over the thermometer probe cord without damaging it, but be sure Step 9 not to close the lid on the actual probe.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS If you are using the Grill, Air Fry or Roast modes, you will get a reminder to flip or stir your food about halfway through cooking. The unit will beep, and FLIP or STIR will display on the panel. Flip or stir food as needed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO AIR FRY The perforated air fryer basket allows air to circulate around food for even cooking and crisping, and lets excess fat drip down and away from food for healthier eating. The directions below are for cooking without the probe; if you would rather air fry to a specific internal temperature, see How to Cook Using the Probe Thermometer on p.12.

COOKING TIPS It is essential to preheat not only the unit, but also the grill plate, cooking pan, and/or air fryer basket. This produces good grill marks, crisp air-fried foods and nicely browned surfaces. Ensure that the cooking pan, grill plate and/or cooking basket is already in place before you begin preheating.
If your air fryer displays E01 or E02 on its control panel, it means there is a loose wire contact or a short circuit, and the unit will not function. If this is the case, please contact Chefman Customer Support for a replacement. An error code E03 indicates the unit is ®...
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Almost all parts of the air fryer are top-rack dishwasher safe, except for the main unit housing and probe thermometer, making cleanup quick and easy. Unplug the unit, and let it cool completely before cleaning. (For faster cooling, leave the lid up.) 2.
