If the tyre pressure is not maintained,
drive the vehicle again, see Distributing
the sealant. Then repeat steps 1 to 4 once
more.
If a tyre pressure of 2 bar/29 psi still cannot be
achieved, the tyre damage is too severe. Con-
sult the nearest BMW
Service.<
Continuing your journey
Do not exceed the maximum permitted
speed of 80 km/h, approx. 50 mph. Fail-
ure to observe this limit could result in acci-
dents.<

for further notes.
Have the faulty tyre and the sealant cylinder of
the Mobility System replaced as soon as possi-
ble.<
Changing a wheel
The tools for changing wheels are availa-
ble as optional accessories from BMW
Service.<
Jack mounting points
The jacking points are at the positions shown in
the illustration.

Adapter, in the luggage area under the floor
mat
Adapter
The adapter is in a mounting in the recess under
the luggage area floor.
1.
Press the end of the mounting together, see
arrows.
2.
Take out adapter.
Removing
1.
Take the adapter 2 from the recess beneath
the luggage area floor and insert it in the
wheel stud.
2.
Unscrew wheel stud 1.
After reattaching the wheel stud, remove the
adapter again.
The code number is embossed on the face of
the adapter. Please note down this number and
keep the note in a safe place for the event of the
adapter being lost.
