Starting a Teleservice Call

Automatic Teleservice Call*
The Teleservice data on the service status of
your vehicle is transferred automatically to your
BMW Service before a due date. If possible, the
partner will make contact and a service appoint-
ment can be agreed.
You can check when your BMW Service partner
was notified.

If you have a valid Assist contract and the serv-
ices are not displayed, these might have to be
activated.

If TeleServices are disabled, it is still possible to
set up a voice connection to the Mobile Service.
