cables which come out tube. Do not tighten.
Place plastic ring.

Mount panel connectors C2b and C1b.
Guide C2b, C1b and ring terminals through plastic
ring.
Tighten Tie wrap. Tie wrap must hold the last cm
of the outher sheath.
