For Serial Communication with RS-232C, Twisted Pair Cable must be used to communication cable corresponding to each Signal
Pins such as RXD & TXD and SG. The RD & SD should be wired by cross connection. SG must be wired direct connection.
For Serial Interface with RS-422/485, Twisted Pair Cable must be used to communication cable corresponding to
each Signal Pins such as [TXD+, TXD-], [RXD+, RXD-] and [TRX+, TRX-].
The shield cable of communication should not be used to signal ground. It may cause failure of communication.
Serial port is not isolated.
SG (Signal Ground) and FG (Frame Ground) are connected internally.
If you are connecting external devices SG careful not to have a short circuit.
