    Additional Hardware Features SYSTIMAX AirSPEED AP542 Hardware Description The SYSTIMAX AirSPEED AP542 is a tri-mode AP that simultaneously supports 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11a clients. The AirSPEED AP542 contains two embedded radios: one 802.11b/g radio and one 802.11a only radio. SYSTIMAX recommends powering the AirSPEED AP542 with Power over Ethernet (802.3af); alternatively, an external DC power source using the power cord may be used to power the device.
