Description

The Keithley Instruments Model 6517B-ILC-3 Interlock Cable connects the interlock of the Model 6517B
Electrometer with the Model 8009 High Resistivity Test Fixture.
When this cable is connected and the Model 8009 test fixture is selected from the Model 6517B front panel or
over the IEEE bus, all the electrode constants are preprogrammed into the Model 6517B.
To use the Model 6517B-ILC-3, plug one end of the cable into the INTERLOCK connector on the rear panel of
the Model 6517B and connect the other end of the cable into the INTERLOCK connector of the Model 8009 test
fixture.
