Choose Settings in main menu to set the device.

You can edit Device settings and Totals.

Choose a setting you want to edit and press START button to set.

Press „-" button to decrease a value or to toggle through options.

Press „+" button to increase a value or to toggle through options.

Press START button to confirm the setting.

Use the App to set your training views.
