4 VORWORT Sehr geehrter Kunde! Diese Bedienungsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der Holzbandsäge HBS 400. Folgend wird die übliche Handelsbezeichnung des Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) in dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung „Maschine“ ersetzt. Spannungsversorgung den Hauptschalter ausschalten (OFF). Verwenden Sie das Netzkabel nie zum Transport oder zur Manipulation der Maschine! Die HBS 400 darf nur vom eingeschulten Fachpersonal bedient werden. Unbefugte, insbesondere Kinder, und nicht eingeschulte Personen sind von der laufenden Maschine fern zu halten! Wenn Sie an der Maschine arbeiten, tragen Sie keinen lockeren Schmuck, weite Kleidung, Krawatten oder langes, offenes Haar. -

Der elektrische Anschluss der Maschine ist für den Betrieb an einer geerdeten Steckdose vorbereitet! Das Speisestromnetz muss mit min. 16A abgesichert sein. Die Führungsbolzen mit ca. 0,5 mm Sägebandführungsschiene leicht aufschrauben beidseitigem Spiel an das Sägeband schieben und festschrauben. Die Schraube für die hintere Sägebandführung aufschrauben. ACHTUNG: Die Klemmschraube vorsichtig in in die Grundkonsole gedrückt wird. die Bohrung der Grundkonsole einführen, ohne dass die Klemmschraube nach oben in die Schwenkkonsole gedrückt wird. Arbeiten so angepasst werden, dass die Führung Einstellhandrad ca.10 - 20 mm über dem Werkstück endet. Den Drehknopf lockern und die entsprechende Höhe mit dem Einstellhandrad einstellen und danach mit dem Drehknopf wieder klemmen. Schalten Sie die Maschine nach Beendigung der Arbeit sofort aus 7.4.1 Absaugung Am Absaugadapter kann eine Absauganlage angeschlossen werden. Wird diese nicht benötigt, sammeln sich die Holzspäne in der Lade der unteren Bandrolle. Diese Lade ist nach Gebrauch der Maschine zu entleeren.
