The seat assembly of the Stairfriend chairlift is designed to swivel and lock in
five (5) positions.
Lifting the seat swivel handle allows you to swivel the seat to a convenient position
for transferring into or out of the seat.
The seat and the footrest can easily be folded up to allow more space on the
stairway.
Your Stairfriend chairlift is equipped with flip-up armrest (to allow easier transfer
from wheelchair or scooter).

These verifications can be made by the owner or a qualified technician :

Lubrication of the rack (apply a small coat of white grease)

Verification of safety switches

The testing procedure is to verify that the chairlift does not run when those
components are not in operating position.
These verifications must be made by a qualified technician :

Top and bottom final limit switches;
Ø
Pinion condition, set screws and keyway;
Ø
Charging station in working order.
Ø
Lubrication of rollers (white grease)
The maintenance is not covered by warranty
