Intermec Technologies Corporation Model AC11 has been qualified under the IECEx Scheme and the ATEX Directive of the European
Union by Baseefa as an Associated Apparatus providing an Intrinsically Safe output to charge the AB6 battery pack used with Model
CK32IS.

Warnings and Cautions
Warning: Explosion Hazard - Substitution of components may impair suitability for safe operation of the AB6 battery
pack in the CK32IS while in hazardous environments. This unit has no operator replaceable parts. Repair of the AC11
must be performed by trained Intermec service personnel.
Caution: For use with Intermec battery pack Model AB6 only. For Power Supply use Intermec Model 851-061-002. No
user-serviceable parts.
The following additional warnings and cautions must be observed for the safety of the operator and others in potentially hazardous locations:
• Battery charging can only take place in locations known to be non-hazardous.
• The battery charger must only be used to recharge the AB6 battery pack when the ambient temperature is between 10°C and 40°C (50°F
and 104°C).
