    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS - SWING BARS ASSEMBLE SWING BARS x2 Elbow Swing Tube 1. Insert plastic end caps. D-125 Dia 50 x 2300mm Short Tee 2. Slide on all fittings and firmly tighten D-101 elbows to swing tubes - leave all other fittings loose during fitting.
  • Page 20 ATTACH SWING LEGS 1. Feed leg tube through cargo net hoops and short tees. 2. Tighten grub screws on both leg base plates, short tees & elbows on swing tubes. 3. Ensure the distance between legs is consistant at 1040mm. NOTE: There are 3x short tees on the cargo net side.

    MAINTENANCE. At the beginning of each heavy play session (especially a party) and twice a month during play season ensure; 1. Tighten all hardware - grub screws, nuts and bolts. 2.
