3. Sensitivity register test: make sure that the separate idle is secured into place. Check that
the sensitivity register is tightly fastened, so that no air is coming out of the gas outlet
connection. Slowly unscrew the sensitivity register: the amount of air coming out of the
gas outlet connection should be slowly increasing.

Slowly unscrew the sensitivity register, until
the air flow coming out of the gas outlet
connection is steady and even. If the air flow
is uneven, check that the sensitivity spring
has been properly placed in its housing (see
Fig. 3.11-5).
