DURING USE

1.
Start operating the grease gun. Grease will begin to flow out from the
coupler.

Keep running the gun until a bubble-free, clear stream of grease flows out.
If air bubbles continue to appear in the grease, follow Priming the

Grease Gun until the grease flows free of air pockets.
GREASING A GREASE FITTING
1.
The tool's grease coupler (A) has a jaw-type construction. The coupler
jaws will snap on to a grease fitting and maintain a tight fit.
2.
To connect the coupler to the grease
fitting, press the coupler straight onto
the grease fitting to form a snug fit
(Fig. 2-1).
3.
Start operating the grease gun with the
coupler as square to the grease fitting
as possible.
4.
Once greasing is completed, slightly tilt the coupler, twist and pull back
(Fig. 2-2). The tilt and twist action will allow easy removal of the coupler
from the grease fitting.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to
control and will have fewer problems.
1.
Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
2.
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
3.
Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
4.
Keep the tool clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
5.
Maintain the tool's labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd. for
replacements.

An improperly repaired tool may present a hazard to the user
