Remedy
PRESSURE BY SWITCHING THE MODE
SELECTOR TO THE OFF POSITION
PRIOR TO TRYING ANY REMEDY.
REVERSE THE POSITION OF THE IXC.
RUN THE UNIT UNTIL THE PRODUCT
FLOWS. RETURN PARTS TO THEIR
ORIGINAL POSITION. RUN
APPROPRIATE SOLVENT THROUGH
SYSTEM.
Check compatibility charts
Ensure proper installation
Replace bearings, piston or liquid end
body
Remedy
Fill feed reservoir and re-prime the
system
Prime the system
Increase feed pressure
Refer to the Coned and Threaded
Connections Maintenance section of
Chapter 4.
Check inlet check valve for correct
assembly, leakage, and/or blockage
Ensure that the priming valve is shut
tight
Replace piston seal
Replace worn chamber
