Possible Cause
Check fuse 1FU in
electrical box
Loose electrical
connection
No hydraulic pressure

Duty cycle exceeded
Ambient temperature
above 86°F (30°C)
Low oil level
Hydraulic cylinder rod
seal leak
High pressure piston
seal worn
Gland not tight
Collar not properly
installed on the nipple
Deformed nipple or
mating fitting
Possible Cause
Incorrect motor rotation
No hydraulic pressure
No power to directional valve solenoid

Remedy
Replace fuse if necessary
Check and secure connections
Check hydraulic system pressure
Remedy
Refer to the Duty Cycle section of
Chapter 3
Relocate processor or reduce ambient
temperature
Fill to recommended level
Replace rod seals
Replace piston seal, backup ring, and
bearing
Tighten gland
Refer to Drawing #

Connection on the CD. Adjust collar.
Replace damaged components
Remedy
Verify electrical connections to the
motor are wired correctly
Check pressure on the hydraulic gage.
Pressure should be over 100 psi with
motor running.
Check fuse 2FU and wire connections
