Double Mouse Pointer

If you see double mouse pointers while running Windows XP Professional, disable
the pointer Shadows setting as described in the following procedure.
1. From the Start menu, choose Settings, and then choose Control Panel.
The Control Panel window is displayed.
2. Double-click the Mouse Control Panel.
The Mouse Properties window is displayed.
3. Click the Pointers tab, and then uncheck the box next to Enable Pointer Shadow.
4. Click Apply, then click OK to close the window.
The pointer shadow is now disabled. You should see only one pointer on your
Windows XP Professional desktop.
