18. From the Start menu, choose Shut Down, and then select "Shut down the
computer" from the menu.
The "It is now safe to turn off your computer" window is displayed.
19. From the File menu in the SunPCi window, choose Exit SunPCi.
20. Click Yes when the dialog box asks you if you want to shut down the SunPCi
software.
21. At the Solaris system prompt, restart the SunPCi II software using the -vga
switch:
% /opt/SUNWspci2/bin/sunpci -vga
The SunPCi II software starts, and Windows 2000 is displayed first on the external
monitor, and then on your workstation monitor in the SunPCi II window. You are
now ready to configure the Windows 2000 display as described in the following
procedure.

Caution – Undesirable interactions can occur if you enable both internal and
external monitors at the same time. SunPCi II 2.3 software does not support multi-
headed operation.
To configure your external video display in Windows 2000, perform this procedure:
1. Position your mouse cursor on the Windows 2000 desktop (not on any of the
icons) and click the right mouse button.
A drop-down menu is displayed.
2. Choose Properties.
The Display Properties dialog box is displayed.
3. Click the Settings tab.
