1) Basic Checks

 Ensure all connections are secured into correct ports on back of controller, secured with locking pins.
 Nitrogen Probe must be connected to lower port of slot 5.
 Check all Fischer connectors are connected correctly – colour co-ordinated
 Nitrogen level is above 15% (Low Cut-out at 10%)
 Check the Jet and shield flow Temperatures read around room temp. (Note if you have just put the system into
Nitrogen then these reading (Particularly shield leg) will be lower due to the N2 boil-off

2) Remote Connection Settings

If you are trying to connect to the Agilent software;

1) Go to the 2
screen pressing the small arrow at bottom right of touch screen. Press OK at the warning screen.
2) Press OK at the warning screen.
