Problem
Output stops during
treatment.
The TENS unit runs out of
battery too quickly or does
not hold any charge.
If your problem is not listed, please contact Customer Support (see page 39).

The electrodes may have come off. Turn off the TENS unit, then reattach the electrodes
and continue the treatment.
Make sure the lead plug is inserted into the correct output socket.
Charge the TENS unit.
Lead wires may be damaged. Stop using and contact Customer Support (see page 39).
