Troubleshooting

Problem
The TENS unit won't turn
on.
Electrical stimulation is
weak or I cannot feel any
stimulation.
Electrical stimulation is
uncomfortable.

Make sure the TENS unit is charged.
Intensity is too low. Raise the intensity (see Using the TENS Unit, page 16).
Electrode pads may be dried out or dirty. Wash or replace with new pads.
Lead wire may be old, worn, or damaged. Stop using and contact Customer Support (see
page 39).
Intensity is too high. Lower the intensity (see Using the TENS Unit, page 16).
Electrode pads may be too close together. Reposition them at least 2 in / 5 cm apart.
Electrode pads may be too small. Replace with pads that have a diameter no smaller than
2 in / 5 cm.
Make sure you're following the instructions correctly (see page 16).
