Controls

Press to turn on. Press again during
treatment to pause or continue. Press and
hold for 2 seconds to turn off.
Press to increase time in 10-minute
increments.
Note: When you first turn on the TENS unit,
the default time will be 20 minutes.
Therapy Modes
Body Part: Press to select which area of the body to
focus on. The selection will flash on the display and
show the corresponding number.

Massage Type: Press to select the massage type.
The selection will flash on the display and show the
corresponding number.

Note:
• You can only use 1 therapy mode at a time.
• The TENS unit will automatically default to the
last mode selected.
