Wrist/Hand: Attach both sets of
electrodes to the hand where you
feel pain.
Knee/Joint: Attach both sets of
electrodes above or above and
below the joint with pain.
Calf: Attach both electrodes on
the calf or leg where you feel
pain.

Ankle/Foot:
• For pain on the outside of
the ankle or foot, attach
electrodes above and below
the pain point.
• For pain on the inside of
the ankle or foot, attach 1
electrode above the ankle
and 1 in the center of the
sole of your foot.
Note:
• Do not place electrodes on both legs or feet
at the same time. Only treat 1 at a time.
• Only place electrodes according to Electrode
Placement Guide.
