Frame and axles
The compressor/engine unit is supported by rubber buffers
in the frame.
The frame is made from steel. This is protected with two
step process. It includes a zinc rich primer and powder
coated for durability and corrosion protection.
Bodywork
The bodywork is made from galvannealed steel for
durability and corrosion protection. Cool air is drawn in
from the rear of the bodywork through the louvered door.
Air is drawn in through the canopy and exhausted through
the roof at the front.
Service can be achieved through a single door at the rear
(5).
The side doors (6) can be easily removed for additional
access to the compressor.
Three doors on the roof allow for access to:
1. Lifting eye
2. Engine oil and dipstick
3. Coolant fill
A separate service panel (4) is located at the rear to aid in
service of the separator element filter.
Lifting eye
A lifting eye is accessible through the roof panel at the top
of the unit.
Control panel
The controls are located at the rear of the compressor. The
machine is controlled via the XC2003 controller (1) that is
protected by a door (2). The e-stop (3) and pressure gauge
(4) are located externally for ease of access.
A secondary access panel is located below the control
panel for access to the battery, fuse panel, relays and
engine oil filter (5).

Data plate
The compressor is furnished with a data plate located at
the rear of the compressor above the outlet valves of the
unit showing the compressor type, serial number,
maximum final pressure and normal working pressure.
