64: The safety system has been activated

70: The pressure level in the chamber does not decrease
fast enough after pressure test
71: The autoclave blocks due to use of bad water
72: The closing system was blocked as the lid was on its
way up
73: The sterilization temperature has not been
reached fast enough during the back-flush
74: The right temperature for building up pressure
for sterilization has not been reached fast
enough
75: The right sterilization temperature has not
been reached fast enough
81: Low level in either the water tank or the oil
bottle
84: The sterilization temperature has not been
maintained during sterilization
86: The safety ring has been activated
88: The steam pressure is too low during
sterilization
89: The steam pressure is too high during
sterilization
90: The pressure during pressure test was too low
91: The pressure fell during the pressure test
92: The power supply to the autoclave has been
cut out, or the C button has been pressed
during the cycle
94: Oil consumption during standby
95: This error can only occur if the autoclave is
connected to an automatic water supply. The
autoclave has "asked" for water more than 7
times during standby
97: No water during external wash
98: Lid did not close

displayed messages, please refer to the user manual.

Description and User Instruction
Increase the "Ambient sensitivity" level settings → Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank if the
water level is too low → If the autoclave is placed in a cold spot remove it to surroundings at room temperature → Press C to reset
and then restart the cycle
Press C → Restart the autoclave.
The instruments should be sterilized again
Empty the chamber for water → Clean or change the filter → Check that the drain tube is not blocked or broken → Empty the drain tank
if full
Empty the water tank if necessary → Pour in fresh demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm)
Remove possible blocking of the lid
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank if the water level is too low → Press C to reset and then
restart the cycle
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank if the water level is too low → Increase the "Ambient
sensitivity" level settings → Press C to reset and then restart the cycle
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank if the water level is too low → Increase the
"Ambient sensitivity" level settings → Press C to reset and then restart the cycle
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank or change the oil bottle
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank if needed
Press C to reset the autoclave and then restart the machine → Make sure that the handle is correctly placed in the holder
Pour demineralized or distilled water (below 3.0µS/cm) into the water tank in case of low water level → Press C to reset the
autoclave and then restart the cycle
Check that the drain tube is not blocked, broken or bent → Empty the drain tank if full → Press C to reset the autoclave and
then restart the cycle
Check that your compressor is turned on → Check the gasket on the lid → Remove potential dirt → Make sure that the lid is
placed correctly in the lid holder
Check if the O-ring for the filter house is mounted correctly → Change the O-ring if damaged → Mount the lid for the filter
house correctly → Replace the gasket on the lid if it is broken
Check the gasket on the lid → Remove potential dirt → Make sure that the lid is placed correctly in the lid holder
Check if the O-ring for the filter house is mounted correctly → Change the O-ring if damaged →Make sure that the lid is
placed correctly in the holder → Mount the lid for filter house correctly → Replace the gasket on the lid if it is broken
Press C to reset the machine and then restart the cycle
Disconnect power from the autoclave and wait 10 seconds → Reconnect the autoclave to the power and then restart
Disconnect power from the autoclave and wait 10 sec. → Reconnect the autoclave to the power and then restart → Check
that water is being supplied to the autoclave → Check if the autoclave has a leakage.
Press C to reset the machine → Verify that the chamber is drained. If not, empty the chamber (see section 3.5 Drain Chamber
in the User manual) → Restart the cycle
Press C to reset and wait until the lid is in top position → Make sure that the lid is placed correctly in the lid holder (look for
things that might obstruct complete closure and remove these) → Start the machine again
