Starts running when the switch is set to RUN, and
stops when set to OFF.
0 to 7: Corresponds to the RIO station No. 0 to 7
(Set an even number)
8 and following: Loop back test mode (for testing)
(If the base I/O occupies 0 and 1, set the switch to 2.)
This turns ON when the state is normal.
When the unit power is turned ON, the self-diagnosis
function activates. If there is no error, the operation
state is entered ("RUN" LED turns ON).
