Solution
1. Check the internal drive to preview
whether the spindle voltage is higher
than 400V, check whether the AC
power supply voltage fluctuates
abnormally, and see if there are high
power equipment around the equip-
ment that frequently start and stop;
equipped with a voltage regulator as
appropriate.
2. Replace the power board
1. Check whether the internal drive pre-
views the spindle voltage lower than
180V, and see if there are high power
devices around the device that fre-
quently start and stop; equipped with
a voltage regulator as appropriate.
