Fault Cause
1. The parameters are incorrect
2. The motor is stuck
3. The motor is broken or the motor
wire is damaged and short cir-
cuited
4. The power board is damaged
1. It is reported as too fast when it
is moving.

encoder cable
3. The machine is stuck causing the
motor to turn
4. Motherboard is broken

1. The motor plug is not inserted or
has poor contact

The X axis is overloaded
1. Abnormal startup

Solution
1. Reset or redirect parameters
2. Check the machinery
3. Check and replace the motor
4. Replace the power board
1. Decrease the idling speed
2. Check the wiring or replace the motor
3. Move the feed mechanism left and
right by hand to check that there is no
abnormal load. (The feed mechanism
is not at the movement limit.)
4. Replace the motherboard
